This includes all aspects for providing reliable DG set power including relating to civil, electrical and mechanical works. Adequate provisions are made for ventilations , cooling of engines, fuel supply systems and exhaust systems as per DG set manufacturer’s recommendations and CPCB requirements.

We also co-ordinate the total scheme and controls on power evacuation based on the required application. The complete Balance of Plant requirements, specifications, etc. are designed, procured and installed to make an ideal in-house power plant.

Such projects are primarily under HHP requirements of single or multiple units between 750 kVA to 2750 kVA.

Offices are totally computerized using

  •   3D based design station” for design Accuracy & shorter manufacturing period.
  •   AutoCAD 2000.
  •   LAN based project management software.
  •   Computerized planning and monitoring for fields spares.

Manufacturing

  •   In-house facility for the manufacturing of electrical control panels C.P.R.I CERTIFIED with PLC including SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition facilities) at our Silvassa & Bangalore works.
